I grew up in Cedarburg, Wisconsin where I attended St. Francis Borgia Catholic school before heading to Divine Savior Holy Angels for High School. I am a proud graduate of the St. Norbert College class of 2020 where I earned my B.A. in Secondary English Education. I spent the first 2 years of my career as a High School English teacher in Burlington, Wisconsin before making my way to Holy Angels School in 2022-2023. In my spare time, I love to craft, cook, read, hike, camp, and spend time with my friends and family. I am very happy to be working in such an amazing community here at Holy Angels School!
English curriculum
All Middle School classes will be using the Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt Into Literature curriculum (HMH). This curriculum offers access to many different online sources in addition to our print textbooks. Each student has an online access code where they can find the online textbook, assignments and the online practice resource Waggle.
ELA Classroom procedures
Communication about happenings in ELA can be found on each respective grade level's google classroom. There, I post daily slides and assignments.
In addition to google classroom, you can learn about what's happening in the ELA classroom by checking out the weekly flocknote post from all of the Middle School teachers.
